Answer:
Our products are not recommended for pencil, or home based ink-jet printers, but you should have no problem writing on our matte or uncoated products. If you have any concerns, please order a free sample kit first for testing purposes. |

The proof is sent to the client's e-mail address for review and authorization.
Color Proof By UPS Mail
The color proof is sent by mail for review, color verification and authorization.
E-Mail Proof
After receiving your file we will show you an (Online Proof) of your job within the same to next business day (depending on when the order was placed). The actual time will vary depending on our current workload. If we are designing your project the (Online Proof) will be sent when the design project is completed and ready to print. No order will be sent to print without your approval and authorization, so please reply as quickly as possible. Please take note that an (Online Proof) is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece but is a final opportunity for you to carefully proofread the content and verify that the file is indeed the file you submitted for printing. If accurate color reproduction is required you should obtain a Color Proof.
Color Proof
In full color printing the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed unless a (Color Proof) is obtained, and by placing an order with us you agree to these terms. We will accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process if a (Color Proof) was not obtained. Note:The color proof terms apply to both customer submitted files and designs created by our design department.
Be aware that 98% of our clients choose to proceed without a (Color Proof) and achieve great results, but this in no means implies that you should do the same.
A (Color Proof) is basically a preview of how the project will look before it goes to print. This procedure is usually done on large orders. It is a full color sample made from the actual files your project will be printed from. It is an excellent but costly way to verify color information. There are millions of color variations but if your company requires a specific color, it would be a good idea to verify the color with a (Color Proof).
We will be glad to produce a (Color Proof) for you and overnight it to you for your approval. A (Color Proof) usually delays a project an average of 72 business hours. Overnight shipping fees not applied. Be aware it usually takes several (Color Proofs) to correct color discrepancies. Additional (Color Proofs) will be billed at a 30% Discount.

If I require more than one set of business cards with the same design do I have to pay the design fee each time?
Answer:
No. If, for example, you need 3 sets of business cards and the only difference is a name and information change such as address, phone numbers, e-mail, etc... then only select the design option once. The information change on additional or future business cards is covered under the one time design fee. |
