Small Business Printing - Print Ready Files

Note: Before you upload your print ready files you must first place an order. After you have successfully placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. Simply return to the "Upload Files" section on our homepage and upload your files using your order number.

If you are submitting your own print ready files,
we can accept the following formats.

.PDF, .EPS, .PSD, .AI, .TIF, .JPG (See Below For More Options)

• Resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
• Color mode must be set to CMYK, 8 bit color.
• Gradients must not be set below 10%
• Bleeds must be 1/8 inch on each edge.
• Borders must be at least 1/4 inch.
• Fonts must be outlined.
• Text must be at least 1/8 inch inside of the cut line on all sides.
• Flatten all layers

The absolute maximum file size you can upload is 100MB. However, we suggest using the smallest file size possible (while still maintaining image quality) to increase upload speed and to reduce the chance of errors during upload.

Resolution
Your images and designs should be saved to 300 DPI at 100% of the dimensions at which they will print to ensure high quality printing results.

Color
SmallBusinessPrinting uses the industry standard CMYK 4-color process printing. We print PMS only on selected stationery.
