ONLINE PROOF / E-Mail
After receiving your file we will show you an (Online Proof) of your job within the same to next business day (depending on when the order was placed). The actual time will vary depending on our current workload. If we are designing your project the (Online Proof) will be sent when the design project is completed and ready to print. No order will be sent to print without your approval and authorization, so please reply as quickly as possible. Please take note that an (Online Proof) is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece but is a final opportunity for you to carefully proofread the content and verify that the file is indeed the file you submitted for printing. If accurate color reproduction is required you should obtain a COLOR PROOF.
Before we print, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. We will not take responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part. SmallBusinessPrinting.com is also not responsible for any wrong dates or misspelled words in files submitted by customer or jobs approved by customer upon design completion.
In full color printing the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed unless a (Color Proof) is obtained, and by placing an order with us you agree to these terms. We will accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process if a (Color Proof) was not obtained. Note:The color proof terms apply to both customer submitted files and designs created by our design department.
Be aware that 98% of our clients choose to proceed without a (Color Proof) and achieve great results, but this in no means implies that you should do the same.
A (Color Proof) is basically a preview of how the project will look before it goes to print. This procedure is usually done on large orders. It is a full color sample made from the actual files your project will be printed from. It is an excellent but costly way to verify color information. There are millions of color variations but if your company requires a specific color, it would be a good idea to verify the color with a (Color Proof).
We will be glad to produce a (Color Proof) for you and overnight it to you for your approval. A (Color Proof) usually delays a project an average of 72 business hours. Overnight shipping fees not applied. Be aware it usually takes several (Color Proofs) to correct color discrepancies. Additional (Color Proofs) will be billed at a 30% Discount.

Receive a 100% fefund if not satisfied for any reason with our custom graphic design services, prior to going to revisions. Note: Guarantee does not apply to custom logos, catalogs, booklets, hourly graphics, or any project exceeding 12 hours of graphic design. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card upon your complete satisfaction and acceptance of the final approved design. With our 100% satisfaction guarantee you are under no obligation to pay the second half if you are not 100% completely satisfied with the choices provided.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
SmallBusinessPrinting will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to print or design approval. Orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they have gone into print production or any process thereafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once an order has been plated or any process thereafter, including but not limited to printing, coating, and / or finishing. Orders on hold for more than 90 days cannot be cancelled, however, monies can be used as store credit. Any cancellation or compensation given to the customer will be refunded in a timely manner. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the monies to be credited to your account.
A 10% or $250 cancellation fee (whichever is less) will apply on all approved customer canceled orders. In addition, the refund would also be adjusted to cover any fees charged for graphic design, proofs, plating, or any other service associated with the order as well as merchant bank fees on credit card transactions. Each order made from SmallBusinessPrinting is a contract between you, as the customer making the order, and SmallBusinessPrinting. The fact that you have made an order on behalf of a third party does not absolve you of liability to SmallBusinessPrinting. As such, any decision by the third party not to accept the particular items printed or to cancel the order with you does not affect your liability to SmallBusinessPrinting.
If we determine that we have made an error, we will correct it and re-print the order. We must be notified within 72 business hours from delivery of any defects. In order to receive the replacement order. Customer must return 100% of the defective order at their expense within 7 business days of their receipt. We will re-reprint the order with the original turnaround and send them out via the same paid shipping method. Shipping is non-refundable.
GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE
You acknowledge that SmallBusinessPrinting.com may establish general practices and limits concerning your use of the service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that designs or other uploaded Content will be retained by the service, the maximum size of any content that may be uploaded on the service, and the maximum disk space that will be allotted on SmallBusinessPrinting.com servers for customer use. You agree that SmallBusinessPrinting.com has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Content maintained or transmitted to the service. You acknowledge that SmallBusinessPrinting.com reserves the right to delete content stored on the server, which is inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that SmallBusinessPrinting.com reserves the right to change its general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice to you.
