Acceptable Print Ready File Formats

.PDF, .EPS, .AI, .TIF, and .JPG  (PDF is Preferred)

Resolution: 300 dpi. | Color mode: CMYK | Layers: Flatten | Fonts: Outlined

Catalog Artwork Bleed

.25" (total document bleed) is required on all catalogs. Example: a 8.5" x 11" catalog should be designed to 8.75" x 11.25" (8.5" x 11" Catalog Size + .25" Bleed = 8.75" x 11.25").

You do not have to paginate your catalog, or to lay it out in spreads. Our printing software will handle all page ordering and imposition.

Please submit a single page/artwork per page. Example: If your catalog has 16 pages, then your document should also have 16 pages.  The first two pages and the last two pages of your document will be your catalog cover. If you do not wish to have any printing on the inside covers of your catalog, then simply include blank pages in your document.

Free File Review

All customer print files are automatically reviewed. The standard review is a precaution that we take to reduce mistakes/reprints. Review includes image resolution, bleeds, font substitution, and color mode. If we find a problem with your file, the order will be placed on hold. Our design staff will contact you to discuss the issue and solution. Note: We do not check for spelling errors.

Email Proof

A final digital proof will be sent via email for print authorization. All work is immediately submitted to print production after the print authorization has been received.

The absolute maximum file size you can upload is 50MB per file. Call for upload instructions for files larger than 50MB
