Acceptable Print Ready File Formats

.PDF, .EPS, .AI, .TIF, and .JPG  (PDF is Preferred)

Resolution: 300 dpi. | Color mode: CMYK | Layers: Flatten | Fonts: Outlined

 

Single piece maximum size 8’ x 100’ w/o pocket and 7.5’ x 100’ w/ pocket.

 

Q: When submitting the artwork do I need to include a bleed?

  • No bleed is required on any of our banners. Simply design to print size. Example: a 4' x 8' banner should be designed to 4' x 8' with no bleed.

 

Q: What are suggested pole dimensions for optional pole pocket(s)?

  • 2” pole pocket accommodates 1” diameter pole and under
  • 3” pole pocket accommodates 1.5” diameter pole and under

 

Q: How to setup artwork files for pole pockets?

  • Your submitted graphic should fit the dimensions of the print you ordered. There is no additional bleed required. There will be a hemline across the graphic, it will be 2" or 3" from the edge of the graphic depending on what sized pole pocket you order.

Free File Review

All customer print files are automatically reviewed. The standard review is a precaution that we take to reduce mistakes/reprints. Review includes image resolution, bleeds, font substitution, and color mode. If we find a problem with your file, the order will be placed on hold. Our design staff will contact you to discuss the issue and solution. Note: We do not check for spelling errors.

 

Email Proof

A final digital proof will be sent via email for print authorization. All work is immediately submitted to print production after the print authorization has been received.

 

The absolute maximum file size you can upload is 50MB per file. Call for upload instructions for files larger than 50MB
