Mesh Banners

Mesh banners are printed on 10oz 70/30 heavy-duty banner material. They are ideal for small and large outdoor advertisements where heavy wind is an issue. Mesh banners are composed of 70% vinyl and 30% mesh. The small holes in the mesh allows the wind to pass through, reducing strain on the banner. Mesh banners are lightweight, durable, and they generally outlast vinyl if kept clean and properly stored.

Note: Due to the 70/30 coverage, the final print colors will look considerably lighter than a solid banner.

Reinforced Hem

Double stitched hem is the most effective finishing method for indoor and outdoor banners. Hemmed edges are typically used to reinforce the sides of the vinyl banner. This also helps to maintain the banner’s shape and prevent stretching.
