Matte Finish

Matte finish is a soft, dull, luxurious finish that gives the business cards a muted, dull-like look and feel. Our plastic cards are durable, tear resistant and waterproof.

Rounded Corners

All plastic cards come with 1/8" radius rounded corners. As a reference a 1/8" corner radius is the same corner radius used on credit cards (Visa/MasterCard).

Spot White Ink

Important: Did you know that white ink is not used in full color CMYK printing. Why? It's because the white that you see on a printed image/photo is actually the white in the  plastic used to print. White is not used because the plastic is already white. The brighter and whiter the plastic, the brighter and whiter the printed image. Since frosted plastic has very little white the colors will look translucent/semitransparent. But what if you really also want white? We have a solution: Spot White Ink

Spot White Ink

Spot white ink is a white ink base that is only applied to a specific section "spot" of the business card. The selected area is singled out and colored with white ink. The goal of this process is to add a supporting white base for the other top colors, which will allow for a more vibrant and crisp color. Areas without a white base will appear semitransparent due to the translucent nature of the stock. Areas with white ink base and no top color will show as just white.

Spot gloss is a glossy coating that is only applied to a specific section of the business card. The selected area is singled out and coated with a glossy finish while the rest remains matte. The goal of this process is to give your card some contrast by highlighting both the matte finish and the spot gloss. You have the option of adding the spot gloss to any area of the card, for example over a logo, a certain section of a graphic, or even as an elaborate pattern.

Foil Colors

Foil stamping is a process where pressure from a press along with heated copper dies are used to add specific foil colors to a solid surface by application of a heated die onto foil, making it permanently adhere to the surface below leaving the design of the dye. The foil comes in rolls in a wide assortment of colors, finishes, and optical effects. Select from 20 beautiful foil colors (including gold, silver, copper, blue, red, pink, green, purple, and many more).
